General: This bottle of Niagara has been produced by Armen's Barrels LLC at the prime production facility at 10 McCoy Lane, Washington PA 15301.

Specifics: Dry white wine. Gluten free. Grape was harvested in Pennsylvania, USA. Processes include alcoholic fermentation, heat stabilization, barrel-based malolactic fermentation, aging in a combination of neutral French and American oak barrels, cold stabilization, filtering. Bordeaux bottle, natural cork and patented-design capsule.

Technical: Alcohol is 13.5% by volume. Brix at fermentation is 23. Acidity (pH) is 3.15. Inoculation date is 9/14/2021. Bottling start date is 1/1/23. Overall production quantity is 500 cases (12 bottles in the case, 750ml each).

Facts: Niagara grapes are a variety of the North American grape species Vitis Labrusca and are used as table grapes and for wines, as well as jams and juice. Niagara is the leading green grape grown in the United States.
