We are proud to be a company with the complete winemaking production cycle: from primary fermentation, to MLF (malolactic fermenation), to aging, to filtering, to bottling. All our wine is fermented in-house and aged in oak barrels before bottling.

We are engineers and IT (Information Technology) professionals which means that for us, making wine is not an art but an exact science. We often go through as many as 128 trials per each grape variety to determine the best conditions and technological processes for making that particular wine.

In addition, we have developed a system that streamlines and optimizes the production of wine. It allows the same cuvee (base wine) to be used for production of dry, semi-sweet, sweet and sparkling wine.

Our collection so far includes dry white wine Niagara, dry red wines Concord and Cabernet Sauvignon, and Blackberry Sangria.
