We are proud to be a company with the complete winemaking production cycle: from primary fermentation, to MLF (malolactic fermenation), to aging, to filtering, to bottling. All our wine is aged in oak barrels before bottling.
We are engineers and IT (Information Technology) professionals which means that for us, making wine is not an art but an exact science. We often go through as many as 128 trials per each grape variety to determine the best conditions and technological processes for making that particular wine.
In addition, we have developed a system that streamlines and optimizes the production of wine. It allows the same cuvee (base wine) to be used for production of dry, semi-sweet, sweet and sparkling wine.
Our collection so far includes dry white wines Niagara 2021 and Niagara 2022; dry red wines Concord 2021, Concord 2022 and Cabernet Sauvignon 2021; plus last but not least, Blackberry Sangria.
