General: This bottle of Concord has been produced by Armen's Barrels LLC at the prime production facility at 10 McCoy Lane, Washington PA 15301.

Specifics: Dry red wine. Gluten free. Grape was harvested in Pennsylvania, USA. Processes include alcoholic fermentation, heat stabilization, barrel-based malolactic fermentation, aging in neutral American oak barrels, filtering. Bordeaux bottle, natural cork and patented-design capsule.

Technical: Alcohol is 13.5% by volume. Brix at fermentation is 23. Acidity (pH) is 3.2. Inoculation date is 11/15/2022. Bottling start date is 1/1/24. Overall production quantity is 1000 cases (12 bottles in the case, 750ml each).

Facts: The Concord grape is a cultivar derived from the grape species Vitis Labrusca that are used as table grapes, wine grapes and juice grapes. Traditionally, most commercially produced Concord wines have been finished sweet, but dry versions are possible if adequate fruit ripeness is achieved. The grape is named after the town in Massachusetts where it was developed.
